Clean your removable retainer daily using lukewarm water and a soft toothbrush. Avoid hot water, which can warp the plastic. You can also use mild soap or a retainer-cleaning solution. For fixed retainers, be sure to floss thoroughly around the wire and schedule regular dental cleanings to prevent plaque buildup.
What should I do if my retainer feels tight or doesn’t fit?
