Smile for a Lifetime Scholarship Program
Wiktorski Orthodontics has teamed up with the Smile for a Lifetime Foundation to provide orthodontic scholarships to children in foster care or from low-income families each year. Dr. Wiktorski proudly donates treatment, including one set of retainers, to help kids in our local community smile with confidence.
Qualifications
- Ages 8 to 18
- Not currently wearing braces or a retainer
- Good dental hygiene
- Enrolled in school with a C average or above
- Moderate to severe orthodontic need
- Must meet income guidelines listed on the Smile for a Lifetime website
Application Process
To apply for a scholarship, please Visit SmileForALifetime.org and click How to Apply to get started. Application are processed at the national office and will be screened before being sent to the orthodontist. For questions, families can call the national office at 719-535-2777.
