Wiktorski Orthodontics is a proud partner of the Smile for a Lifetime Foundation, providing complimentary orthodontic treatment and retainers to eligible children in foster care or from low-income families. Eligibility is based on the criteria below, including income guidelines available on the Foundation's website.
- Ages 8–18
- No current braces or retainers
- Good dental hygiene
- Enrolled in school with a C average or higher
- Moderate to severe orthodontic needs
- Meets the Foundation’s income guidelines
